Motlhatlusi Kelobang, a close associate of former President Mokgweetsi Masisi, has refused to choose between his roles as Councilor and Deputy Council Chairman of the Moshupa Sub-District Council and his position as a trustee of the Ipelego Trust, which he co-founded with Masisi in 2016.
